`%p`	Locale’s equivalent of either AM or PM.

`%U`	Week number of the year (Sunday as the first day of the week) as a decimal number [00,53]. All days in a new year preceding the first Sunday are considered to be in week 0.

`%z`	UTC offset in the form +HHMM or -HHMM (empty string if the the object is naive).

将字符串形式时间转换为datetime：

>>> from datetime import datetime

>>> datetime.strptime('03/12/11', '%m/%d/%y')

datetime.datetime(2011, 3, 12, 0, 0)

计算1小时20分30秒后的时间（字符串格式）：

>>> from datetime import datetime, timedelta

>>> (datetime.now() + timedelta(hours=1, minutes=20, seconds=30)).strftime('%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S')

'2011-03-12 22:42:02'
